| What I do: | I direct the University of Central Florida Victim Services program. The program provides a 24/7 Crisis Advocate and direct services to a diverse population at the University of Central Florida. Our community includes students (46,500), faculty and staff. I chair and host conferences, training workshops and provide crime prevention and rape risk reduction education. I write and administer grants, and supervise 5 full time victim advocates, two part time administrative staff and 7-10 interns and volunteers each semester. In addition to these responsibilities, I am also an adjunct professor at UCF and teach in the Criminal Justice and Women’s Studies programs, Vice President of the FNVWS, and the CRT Coordinator for the 9th Circuit. |
